At Temperley London we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not completely satisfied you can simply exchange or return your order.
Please ensure you request your order return with us by simply following our Return & Exchange Instructions or contact our Customer Care team for more assistance.
• Return requests on full priced and sale items, including Temperley Bridal accessories, must be initiated within 14 days of receipt
• Return requests on Temperley Bridal, excluding accessories, must be initiated within 21 days of receipt
Once your return request has been initiated we ask that you organise the collection for within 3 working days. We offer a complimentary returns and exchange service and it can take up to 5 working days for the return to reach us therefore we recommend that you organise the return collection as soon as possible. Once we receive your return we shall process your exchange or full refund* accordingly. Returns received via postal or other courier services may be rejected.
If you are based in London and would rather return the items directly to us then you are able to return your items to one of our stores. Please ensure your return has been pre-arranged through our Website, failure to do this may result in a delay to processing your refund or exchange. We are unable to process your refund in store and your items will be returned to warehouse where they will be processed for refund. We are only able to refund you via the method of payment.
In order to receive a refund or exchange, the items must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached and in their original packaging.
We can only accept orders returned within the period stated in our Terms & Conditions, and those that have previously been requested through our system or with our Customer Care team.
*Full refunds denote item value only and exclude the delivery charge and customs duties and taxes.
