The country selector on our website will ask you to select your shipping destination. Alternatively, you can select or change your country from the footer of the website. If you are browsing on a mobile device, click the three lines in the right-hand corner to reveal the menu and then select your country at the bottom.
Once you have selected your shipping country, we will display and collect payment in your local currency. You will be charged in the currency listed when you check out. Temperley London is not responsible for any currency exchange fees charged by banks.
We offer all major international payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal alongside many other popular local payment options specific to your region: Alipay, Tenpay, and UnionPay in China, Boletos and domestic credit cards in Brazil, and SEPA direct debit, SOFORT, and Giropay in Germany.
You can also utilise Buy Now Pay Later methods, or pay in instalments, via Klarna, Clearpay, or Paypal's native options.

Whilst we understand there may be a need to amend or cancel your order, we ask that you review your details carefully at checkout as we are unable to change or cancel your order after despatch.
We are pleased to now offer digital Gift Cards via our online store, redeemable only on our website. Simply search for Gift Card and select your desired amount.
Unfortunately, the current UK legislation does not allow VAT-free shopping on mail/online orders but you can request a VAT refund form for purchases in our stores.
Adjustments are rare and solely at our discretion. Please note that we no longer offer seasonal markdowns, nor do we match any stockists' promotions.
The nature of our garments is sometimes very delicate and heavily embellished, so we understand that things can get damaged. Our bodies also change, we hand garments on, or we simply wish for that purchase to have the perfect fit – we have all been there.
