This season’s Elizabethan inspiration, realised in two striking Salerno styles: fusing the era’s sartorial decadence across Italy and Britain with the rugged textures in the lives of the lacemakers: hammered silks, ornate embellishment, braided leathers juxtaposed against linen, cords and cotton. Made from the softest sheep’s Nappa leather, created in panels for an immaculate fit.
To uphold the brand’s commitment to exquisite finishing and craftsmanship, the leather is elegantly engineered by hand.

Process
Temperley prints are painstakingly hand-painted in-house. Motifs are collaged onto the body then lovingly engineered into compositions that work in harmony with the garment’s panelling, ensuring the printed fabric flows flawlessly across seam joints when the garment is constructed. The process is both meticulous and spontaneous, with an outcome that is truly unique and artisanal.
Materials
Committed to creating unique and original textiles, the Temperley team designs lace and woven fabrics in-house at our atelier, which are then crafted by our trusted partners at expert mills across the globe. We utilise best quality Italian tulle, soft and sheer, perfectly structured with a flawless drape. Another staple material includes luxurious silk, woven to create a lustrous effect, with a smooth and radiant finish, perfect for eveningwear.
